Production Information

Normal Production Services
Orders are promptly processed and placed into production no later than 9am (CST) on the following business day after the order has been placed. Normal production times vary by product, but are typically 5-7 business days or less and are free of charge. For exact production times, please refer to the Production Time drop down tab on your selected products page.

Rush Production Services
To accommodate customers that are in a hurry to get their order, many of our stock and custom products offer rush production services as an add-on feature. The fees for this service vary by product type. For exact rush production times and costs, please refer to the Production Time drop down tab on your selected products page.


Shipping Information

Shipping Times
Prompt production and shipping of your order is our priority. Once production is complete and your order has shipped, you will receive an email that contains a link with your tracking information. We will ship your order via USPS or UPS based the item(s) ordered and shipping destination. Our goal is to use the shipping method with the quickest delivery times for you. Please allow 6-12 hours for your tracking information to be available on the USPS or UPS website. The time in transit is based on the origination and destination zip codes but typically range between 2-4 business days.

We ship orders to all US states exclusively. Transit times for Hawaii and Alaska are typically 6-10 business days depending on your location.

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at the time of checkout and are based on your order total as well as other factors such as product weight, package size, and delivery destination. Keeping shipping costs low for our customers is a priority and that is why we choose a carrier that not only is cost effective but offers a quick delivery time. Some orders may ship in multiple packages and/or at different times. We refer to this as a “split ship”. You will not be charged any additional charges if we choose to separate out your shipments in order to give you the best service and transit times. In the case of multiple packages being shipped, you may receive multiple emails regarding your tracking information.
