Payment Methods
We accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and checks by mail.
All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

When Will I Be Charged?
At the time you place your order, your form of payment will be charged for the full amount. Orders are promptly processed and placed into production the following business day after being received. More information about Production and Shipping can be found here.

Will I receive an Order Confirmation?
We accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and checks by mail.
During "Step 5 - Payment Details" of the online checkout process, Click the "Pay For Order" button to complete your purchase. Upon placing your order, a confirmation page will display your order number. A Greek Creations Order Confirmation including your order details will be sent to you by e-mail.

How do I cancel an order?
If you choose to cancel your order, please forward the emailed confirmation that you received after checkout back to us no later than 9am (CST) on the following business day from when the order was placed. Email your Order Confirmation with your cancellation request to Cancellations may not be accepted if your order has been entered into production or shipped. The cost of your order minus a $5 cancellation fee will be credited/refunded to your original method of payment within 2-business days. Once we have initiated the refund, the exact timeframe for credits is determined by your card's issuing bank.

Mailing in Check Payments
During "Step 4 - Order Confirmation" of the checkout process, click the "Mail in Check" button to complete your purchase. Upon placing your order, a confirmation page will display your order number as well as instructions on where to mail your check. Please write your confirmation number in the bottom left hand corner of the check (memo section). Your order will be saved and placed on-hold and production will begin once your payment has been received and processed.

Returned Checks
Checks returned for any reason, including but not limited to Insufficient Funds, Closed Accounts, and Stop Payments, are subject to a $25.00 Returned Check Fee.

Return Information

Many of our products are custom made according to customer specifications and therefore are non-refundable. Stock or “off the shelf” merchandise may be returned at the customer’s request.

Returns must be originated within 30 days of the receipt of your package. To initiate a return, please email Customer Service at (402) 596-0201 Please make sure your order number, contact information, a description of the item(s) to be returned, and your reason for the return is included. Upon your return request approval, a return authorization email will be sent to you with further instructions on how to proceed. Once we have received the returned item(s) in their original condition, we will credit your form of payment minus any applicable fees. Applicable fees may include: 20% restocking fee, original shipping cost and any rush production charges that have already been paid.

The customer will be responsible for any cost incurred to have the merchandise returned to us. You may choose a carrier of your choice to have the goods returned to us but please keep a record of your tracking number as we cannot be responsible for any lost returns in transit. Pack your return securely and in the original packaging (if possible). Include in the packaging the Return Authorization Form that you have been emailed. Any package without the Return Authorization Form included will not be able to be accepted.

In unlikely instance where you receive defective merchandise, a corrected replacement will be promptly sent to you at no additional cost.

If the defect was caused during the shipping process, please keep the original packaging in case further documentation is needed.
